Ewald Salzger has nearly ten years of professional experience in the public sector. He served as a political advisor in several Members’ offices at the European Parliament in Brussels and Strasbourg, as well as in the cabinet of a Federal Minister at the Austrian Federal Chancellery. He has completed training in journalism and communications and gained professional experience at an interest group, a start-up, and an Austrian daily newspaper. Most recently, Ewald was a member of the management team at Statistics Austria, where he advised the Director General for Statistics and played a leading role in several strategic projects.
